Partition size does not match disk.size hardware requirement

Affects: Red Hat Ranch, beaker pool

We are aware of an issue with Beaker where the logical volume for the root partition does not expand to the full extent of the disk. This means that if you request hardware with disk.size>=40GiB, the root partition created by Beaker might be smaller.
