Red Hat Users

For Red Hatters, we have a TFT Support Request Slack workflow in the #testing-farm channel for support requests.

To start the workflow, click on the ▶️ TFT Support Request button at the bottom of the channel and fill in the required details. This will create a new thread for the support. After the support request is assigned to a Testing Farm support engineer, a Jira issue in the TFT project will be created and updated in the created thread. The workflow was introduced so that the Testing Farm Team can properly track time spent serving our users and also provides a linkable item in Jira for our users to reference, e.g., in cases of outages, etc.

If you do not want to open a support ticket and want to just send a message to us, use the button ☁️ Send a Message on the right bottom side of the channel to post a message to the channel as before the support workflow was enabled.
